Share a quality twin, double or triple room with your favorite running budd.y.ies. We’ve booked every room in the same accommodation — one team, one roof, all together.

And because recovery is everything before race day, we’ve secured a quality **** hotel — thoughtful, comfortable, and ready to welcome you.

We’ve got twin, double, and triple rooms on deck, and it’s strictly first come, first served. When you book, just drop the room type you’re after and who you want in there with you. We’ll hit you back with your room confirmation before the end of the week.

Heads up: triple rooms come with a sofa bed and or limited to 5.

Your marathon weekend,

  • Your 3 hotel nights from Thursday 08/10 to Sunday 11/10 booked at the 4 stars Hotel Jupiter.

    If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please make sure to book extra nights by yourself.

  • Half-board stay including breakfast and dinner from Thursday night to Sunday morning. Only the lunches on-the-go are not included.

    The night before the marathon, a pasta restaurant will be booked from 6 PM to put you in the best possible condition for the big day.

  • Just like in our previous team marathons, we’ve got a weekend packed from Thursday night to Saturday night. We're planning big things for the weekend that we'll share soon, but you can definitely count on some community shakeouts with other crews.

    We’ll also be checking out the local scene with crew activations and pop-ups around this major running event.

    And, of course, after all that hard work, there’s some serious fun lined up —think party and celebration for everyone who makes it through.

FAQ

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. If you'd like to pay in installments, please contact the Cadence team directly.

  • Twin (2 single beds) and double rooms (1 double bed) are available at the hotel. We also have triple rooms, incl. a sofa bed — first registered, first served policy.

  • Sure. You can specify the name of the person you want to share a room with on the registration form.

  • Cadence is open to everyone. The easiest way is to send them the link to this page so they can register, and then add them to the WhatsApp community.

  • Not included in the packs are the following:

    • Transportation to and from Lisbon (plane, train, car). We wanted to give everyone the freedom to choose their mode of transport and schedule.

    • Meals on Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime.

    • Race bib

    • Your race and training gear

  • The bib is strictly personal so we can’t book it for you.

    It’s your responsibility to book your bib by yourself via the official website.

  • For practical reasons only.

    Handling large bookings for flights is complicated and pose a financial risk for non professional travel agents.


    It’s also easier for you to book your flight by yourself if you wish to come earlier to stay longer.

  • Yes, in the registration form, you will have the option to indicate any food or medication allergies you may have, and we will take them into account.

  • Absolutely!

    Human companions are more than welcome.

  • We only have 50 spots open, so be quick.

  • The package we offer is designed to support you throughout the entire weekend.

    Our goal is to get everyone to the finish line, each at their own pace. The LANES training plan prepared by the UPerform team will guide each participant for three months, with group sessions to keep everyone motivated.

  • Sure. Here is the cancellation policy:

    • 50 days before departure: 100% refund

    • 30 days before departure: 50% refund

    • After that, 0%

    • However, you can sell your bib and package up to 7 days before departure (name change allowed). Please get in touch with the Cadence team in that regard.

    • Coaching part is non-refundable.

  • Sure.

  • To keep the full package experience premium for everyone who’s booked it, we’re capping spots on key activities: restaurants, runs, and the like.

    Non-package runners might snag access to some, but it’s not guaranteed on numbers or what’s included. Last year, a few went that route and plenty ended up regretting sleeping solo while the crew stayed tight.
