Your Questions, Answered.

  • LANES sessions are taking place every Thursday, if there is an exception (like Christmas or New Year), you will be informed upfront.

  • Meeting for the LANES sessions are at Flagey at 19:45 for the warm up to the VUB track.

    You can join straight at the VUB at 20:00, but make sure to warm up before.


    Sessions ends usually around 20:50.

  • The track is located Boulevard de la Plaine 2, 1050 Ixelles. Just in front of the Basic Fit.

  • The session is about 45 min to 1 hour.

  • Of course. LANES is for everyone !

    When you join the program, you will check together with the coach your level with a specific V02 max test and join the corresponding group.


    We have 4 different groups, with 4 levels from beginner to advanced.

  • Yes !

    Our
    —any given tuesday 🏃‍♂️, —friday coffee run ☕️ and —sunday LSD ☀️ are still open to everyone.

    The LANES program is built to help you level up by adding faster, structured workouts to your routine.

  • A team of U Perform professionnal coaches will prepare the program and be at the track session every Thursday to guide you through the workout of the day.

  • Sure !

    You can join us for one session to try the program, the vibe and the community and see if it fits you.

  • Yes !

    The LANES program has a limited capacity (to guarantee to everyone a smooth training) but as long as spots are available, you can jump in when you want.

    We will give you the test when you join so you can track your progress.

  • LANES membership is billed monthly, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

    We believe progress doesn’t happen overnight — showing up consistently is part of the journey.

  • We designed the program with UPerform to help you prevent any injury.

    Injured? No stress. With a medical certificate, you can pause your membership the necessary time to recover.

  • No, of course you can show up when you want, but we only pause the membership for medical reasons.

  • Automatic renewal, zero hassle. You focus on training, we take care of the rest.

  • Rain, snow, or wind — we show up. That said, no refunds or extra sessions can be offered if the track is closed for reasons beyond our control.

  • Nope — no medical certificate needed. You’ll just be asked to sign a waiver when you subscribe. You’re responsible for your own health, so if you have any known issues or doubts, get it checked before joining.
