​1. Acknowledgement of Risk

​I understand that participating in sporting activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

​Physical injury (sprains, fractures, or concussions).
Overexertion or cardiovascular incidents.
Injuries resulting from equipment failure or contact with other participants.
Adverse weather conditions (for outdoor activities).

​2. Physical Condition

​I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in these activities. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

​3. Release and Waiver

​By purchasing the CORE or LANE membership and taking part to any Cadence Athletics activity, I agree to waive, release, and discharge Cadence Athletics, its officers, coaches, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for:

​Personal injury, death, or property damage.
Loss or theft of personal items during club events.
Injuries caused by the negligence of the club or other participants (to the extent permitted by local law).

​4. Indemnification

​I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cadence Athletics against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind brought by me or on my behalf for liability, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from my participation.

​5. Emergency Medical Treatment

​In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Cadence Athletics to seek medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred for such treatment.

6. LANES membership

By subscribing to the LANES program, I acknowledge that the minimum subscription period is six (6) months, and I agree to maintain my subscription for the required minimum duration. After the initial six-month period has elapsed, I may cancel my subscription at any time. Any month that has commenced shall be deemed due and payable in full.

In the event of an injury, I may request to suspend my subscription for the duration of my recovery, upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

7. CORE membership

By subscribing to the annual CORE benefits program, I acknowledge that my membership is annual and strictly non-refundable.

I may enjoy the various benefits provided during the active period of my membership (one year). The membership will be automatically renewed unless I expressly request its cancellation. Any year that has commenced shall be due in full.
