Okay, maybe not just magic. To get the most out of the program, it’s important to start building good running habits now. If you’re recovering from an injury, take it easy. Join the Tuesday evening. Cadence runs at a pace that suits you, and start incorporating weekend “long runs” (maximum 15 km if you’re running less than 35 km weekly). For those more experienced, you can stretch those long runs to 20 km.
